Johnston, R.I., August 2009 - A truck that lost its cargo ended up causing a major traffic jam on a busy roadway. Officials said a flatbed truck towing a telescopic boom lift fell off the truck and into traffic. Crews had the machine loaded back on the flatbed in about three hours.
